KhaanaPina
Call Waiter System

A call waiter system that runs on your guests' phones

No more waving, shouting or catching someone's eye. Guests ask for a waiter, water or the bill from the table QR, and your staff see, acknowledge and resolve every request.

A guest holding a phone at a café table with two coffees and a QR code

On a busy night, the slowest part of service is often getting someone's attention. A guest wants water or the bill, waits for a waiter to look their way, and starts the wave. Table buzzers help, but they are hardware on every table and leave no record of how quickly anyone responded.

KhaanaPina puts the call button on the guest's own phone. From the same QR they ordered with, guests send a request — call a waiter, request the bill, ask for water, or something else with a short note. Staff acknowledge it and mark it resolved, and the time it took is recorded.

Why it matters

Quieter tables, faster service

No raised voices

Guests tap a request instead of calling across the room, so the dining room stays calm and nobody feels ignored.

Requests don't get lost

Every request is a tracked item with an owner — acknowledged, then resolved — rather than a raised hand that one waiter saw and another didn't.

Know how fast you respond

Each request records who acknowledged and resolved it and when, so response times become a number you can review instead of a guess.

How it works

How a guest request works

01

The guest taps a request

From the table QR, the guest chooses waiter, bill, water or other, adds a note if needed, and sends it.

02

Staff acknowledge it

Your team sees the request for that table and acknowledges it, so the guest knows someone is on the way.

03

Resolved and recorded

Once handled, the request is marked resolved, with who handled it and how long it took recorded.
