QR code ordering for restaurants, without an app to install
Put a QR code on every table and let guests order, call for service, pay and download the bill from their own phone — with every order going straight to your kitchen.

A QR code ordering system replaces the wait for a menu, and the wait for a server, with a scan. Guests point their camera at the code on the table and your live menu opens in their phone's browser — nothing to download and no account to create.
Because every order comes from the table itself, it reaches your kitchen exactly as the guest entered it: the right dish, the right modifiers, the right table. Guests ask for water, a waiter or the bill with a tap instead of raising their voice, and can pay, split and download the bill before they leave. Your captains stop being order-takers and go back to looking after guests.
What QR ordering changes on the floor
Orders arrive right the first time
Guests choose their own modifiers and add a cooking note to each round, so what reaches the kitchen is what they meant — not what was heard over a loud room.
No more waving down a waiter
Guests ask for water, a waiter or the bill from their phone. Staff see the request, acknowledge it and resolve it — and every round's status is visible, so nobody flags down staff to ask where their food is.
Pay, split and leave on time
Guests pay by UPI or card from the table, split the bill equally, by what each person ordered or with one person paying, and download the bill — no waiting for the card machine.
QR Code Ordering: what's included
The guest side of KhaanaPina runs entirely in the phone browser after a scan.
How QR code ordering works with KhaanaPina
Each table gets its QR
Every table has its own QR code linked to that table, and staff can also share the table's ordering link from the Orders Portal.
The guest scans and orders
The live menu opens in the phone's browser. Guests filter by category or search, pick modifiers, add cooking notes and place the order — alone or as a group.
Service, payment and the bill
In accept mode a captain or manager approves the order, then it lands on the kitchen display and guests watch its status. They request water, a waiter or the bill from the phone, then pay, split and download the bill.
Fits the way your restaurant runs
QR Code Ordering: frequently asked questions
No. Guests scan the table's QR code and order from their phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no guest login — the order is tied to the table's session.
Each table's QR code is linked to that table, so every order placed through it is attached to the right table automatically.
Yes. A group can join one table session with a shareable code and each person orders from their own phone. See the group ordering page for the details.
Not with accept mode on. In accept mode, every order placed from the table QR waits for a captain or manager to approve it before it goes to the kitchen. Managers can switch to auto mode, but we recommend accept mode because the QR stays fixed on the table.
Yes. Guests can pay by UPI or card from their phone, split the bill equally, by what each person ordered, or have one person pay for everyone, and download the bill.
No — it takes the order-taking off their plate. Staff still take orders in person when a guest prefers it, and serve. Guests send requests for a waiter, water or the bill from their phone, so staff go where they're needed.
